Lafayette Communities That Care (CTC) is a community lead, public health coalition based in Lafayette, Colorado. Through the use of “Prevention Science," our community members and partners are dedicated to addressing the public health needs of Lafayette youth and their families, such as addressing root causes of substance use and youth opportunities for meaningful activities.  ​
